Uengageret og lettere irritabel betjening af en ekspedient, der ikke vidste meget om produkterne.

Fornuftige priser, stort udvalg i mange kendte mærker.

De er rigtig dygtige til hår og hårpleje 😄😄😄😄😄😄

I really dislike buying there. The women working there always seem too busy, entertaining some clients for too long, and if they're not, with me they always seem in a rush to get rid of. The products they recommended me always sucked, or very mediocre even though they told me they're ''best sellers'' or ''best in their category.'' Hard pass, I'll resort to just buy online and do my own research.

LE: The next day (19 July) after sharing my experience on TrustPilot and Google, Malene from the beautycos team reached out to me to apologize and to let me know that she understands my irritation as in the emails exchanged with her colleague my questions/concerns weren't answered. Malene arranged for a new bottle of shampoo to be sent to me, together with a couple of samples. ------ I ordered 3 products from Kevin Murphy - 2 shampoo bottles and 1 dry shampoo spray. One of the shampoo bottles arrived broken and almost half of the product was lost. The package was superficially secured with 2 pieces of brown paper. The parcel itself wasn't damaged at all, it was in good condition when I picked it up from the pick-up point. When I reached out to customer service, the only solution shared was that they would reach out to the shipping company because on their end they had packed the package according to their standard and it was in good condition when it left, so it must be the shipping company's fault. So, I was asked to provide photos of all the sides of the box, labels, and the state of the product - which I did. The person I was in touch with, Michela, mentioned that they would raise a report with the shipping company to prevent situations like this from happening in the future. That was their resolution. I do not care to resolve a possible future situation, but to solving the PRESENT and CURRENT situation, which is that I paid for a full product, and I ended up with a broken bottle half full. It was a superficial email conversation that I am afraid is the only thing that will come out of this incident. There are no actual solutions or reimbursements, only throwing the fault from one to another. Is it the shipping company's fault that the content was superficially secured by the BeautyCos team with only 2 pieces of brown paper? I have never received a damaged parcel/product from GLS in the past +5 years.
